Kiel Week 2018

As every year, there is a lot to do on the water during Kiel Week, with the small difference that we did not take part in regattas, but rather sailed the fjord in cruising mode. With the ‘Prima’ from Futura-Yachtsystems we took a little break and marveled at the races up close. In choppy seas, we enjoyed the comfortable properties of the variable-width catamaran – best maneuverability without leaning. And by the way, thanks to its lightweight construction (carbon processing), we were able to drive the ship with many racers up to 15kt speed at eye level. We find a perfect ship for regattas and other escort trips.
